i have 18 percent on my a4 i can send you pics if you want, 35 percent is too light most of the places have 20 percent. i would say get 20 or 18 percent.

Id suggest not to DIY. If you mess up, its going to take a lot of time and effort to fix your mistakes. Its very worthwhile todrop your car off for a couple hours and come back to it lookinggood with a lifetime waranty. Plus I dont think you can get the same quality tint from a place like autozone compared to what the experts have/use. I paid about $180 for mine. Money well spent imo.

although I do not recommend a DIY, it does seem pretty simple, I watched them do my entire house and my car...you may want to check out ebay, they have already cut pieces of tint pretty cheap and you can pick up that silicone spray stuff at anyauto parts store....try a window, if it goes well do the whole car, if not you can take it right off with no problems whatsoever...

well, either way, good luck!...I have 15% rear and 30% front....I like it, you can see it in my pics...

edit: I typed in the wrong percentages...lol

If you mess up after the adhesive/tint has been applied to the window youll pretty much have to start over from step 1 which is washing the window/adhesive off thoroughly.... Unless youre lucky. I can just imagine a house with 15% all around.......... Ghettttttto crack house[8D] jk im sure its not like that at all

i got 5% on my car and it keeps so much heat outta the car its amazing. I never thought about tinting my windows on my house haha haha, if i was still using a scale as my 9-5 I would definately get my house windows tinted 5% HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
