what do u guys do when u go for inspection and your tint is lower then legal limit?

 

What inspection? Only the police have the authority to decide whats illegal tint, a smog tech doesn't give a crap.

i've never had any trouble with 15% on the front windows of my other car and 35% on the front windows of the audi.

What's good tints that don't draw too much attention? I had 25% in NY on my other car and got a ticket, I was thinking of 35% for the audi, not too dark...? Are the lighter shades even worth it?

 

I only got pulled over for limo tint twice in my old lancer, but I am in WI and its only the State Patrol that cares for it. City cops don't give a crap about the tint. Right now I have a 20% and haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood)

 

what do you guys think of 35% all around, 35% on top windshield and 70% on entire windshield?
