Default Topspin lip spoiler installed

Went to The paint shop & picked up the Topspin lip spoiler
I ordered from SPP (Supreme Power Parts).
Looked great, factory paint matched, great quality.

I was a lil hesitant about installing, (you only get one shot w/ that 3M tape..)[]
but after hearing how socaljoe & Evoic did theirs, it wasnt to bad.

defenitely easier w/ 2 Ppl.. I enlisted the help of my younger bro...
I took it for a spin afterwards, and I could defenitely feel the added downforce! [:-]

heres some low rez cam phone pics. sorry couldnt get a profile shot, the cam phone isnt ideal for pictures...

looks good man deffinantly something i would do to mine i like how its not to big but also still there but since its so small would it actually do anything for actual downforce to the car or is it jsut for looks?

[:-] naah no downforce... its just subtle styling...
Alot of B5s have used the OEM BMW M3 (E46) part, but I like the top spin bec it has a little higher / agressive rake

Thanks guys....

funny - no sooner than having the lip spoiler installed, I had a run in w/ an RX8 w/ exhaust...
actually kept up w/ him from stop light to stop light, + I had My brother in the car w/ me...
& than a run in w/ a Civic who revved on me w/ his loud exhaust... I'll spare the details on the civic...
all this on the way to & from Bakers to get some burgers...

sheesh add a lip spoiler & the world wants to come out revving at you...

Nice, I definately like the look. I wish there was a slightly bigger spoiler out there without looking too ricer, something to help the downforce without looking like a shopping cart handle.

Yeah.. I havent seen to many spoilers out there that I like for any of the body styles (B5 & ^)
except for the trunk lip spoiler....
