In Toronto - Buying A4 in USA???
Hey all,
I am curious if anyone is familiar with the laws/regulations on buying a car in the states for Canadians? I am thinking closer to summertime to pickup a 2002 A4 1.8T with 80-100k's on it. So far, from eBay experience and some autotrader postings, it seems that i could save 3-4 thousand easy if i buy the car in the states. The problem is....am i gonna get RAPED on the taxes and might as well buy here in Canada or can i just purchase the car...drive it home and register is here at the DMV??
