Clconversion, you're not scaring me with your, "leave you on the side of the road", cliche.
We wouldn't be using this forum if we were satisfied with dealer service.
You can buy OEM parts from Autozone, Advance Auto Parts and Pepboys for half the dealer's price.

I've replaced my spark plugs for $10 each from Advance Auto Parts. They are OEM NGK platinum. The dealer wanted $23 each. OEM means origional equipment manufacturer.

 

if i had the cash i would definatly prefer to work with the dealer. but yeah the only place to get touch up paint that will match your car is from the dealer.

Thanks for that link Jestnomen, ive been looking for something other than a dealer to get touchup paint. No offense clconversion but I just cant deal with my Audi dealer anymore, for personal reasons.

Next question, I have 99 black how do I know if it is Brilliant or Volacano? Is there much of a noticable difference?

 

Go to www.audi.com and register yourself and your car. You'll need your VIN to do it but it'll tell ya what color and the options that came on your car stock and all that honkey dorey stuff.

Or you could give your dealer your VIN and they can tell you what the color is...if you can stomach speaking to them.
