I put the touch up paint on and it matches great but i was wondering if there is a way to smooth it out (other than wet sanding)? It has some bumps still and i would like to just smooth it out.

hey apg. in your adventure to the dealer, did you happen to notice or find out if the dealer will sell you a can of stock paint?

a can? It sold me touch up paint and clear coat and it match perfectly if only i didn't go through all the paint it would be noticable.
if i recall it was only $5.50

i dont know. However if u r trying to paint a bumper u should go to a body shop to get it done right, otherwise it MIGHT turn into a ricer bumper. I dont know much about spray guns but that one looked cheap
