touch up question

Default touch up question

Any suggestions on the best way to touch up a dime size paint chip?(already got the paint)

lol if it was me id just redo the whole area of the car but then again I’m good at painting and that stuff, id use a little sand paper in your case and ruff up the area where its chipped apply paint a few layers and then let it dry, then wet sand the **** out of it and make it blend buff with a fine cutting compound and then buff the **** out if it with a high quality way

One day the whole car will see new paint....but untill then, Its going to have to be touched up.

You can get touchup kits from autozone and such if its just a "for the time being" job. It won't be that noticeable until people get up close. I have so many *#&%+W@$&U rock chips on my hood in just the past 9 months its sickening. I am touching them up, no point in getting my hood repainted just to happen again in 9 months.
