Just got a call from the guys looking at my car:

The clutch has snapped into 3 pieces!! how the hell did that happen??

It's only 11,000kms old.
My car is only chipped, not producing 500+HP, lol. I don't ride the clutch very often/very much either... it was supposed to be a high performance clutch anyway!
This is a warranty issue, so hopefully wont cost me too much (apart from half a day of work waiting for a tow-truck).

If anyone wants to know the brand of clutch I have installed i'd be happy to pm you.
If this particular brand screws me and doesn't replace the crappy, broken clutch, I will publish their details here, even though it's an Australian company.

They say that the clutch failure is a result of "driver abuse" ... hmm... if I was "abusing" the clutch, wouldn't it just wear out quickly rather that snapping into 3 pieces!?? Yes.
I don't belive there was any abuse happening anyway.

The clutch (all 3 smashed peices, inc. metal shards) is being to sent to head office in Adelaide, this could be interesting...
Q: WHY DON'T THEY JUST HONOR THEIR FUKCING WARRANTY!!!!!???
