Getting a used audi a6 soon, do you guys recommend any good audi mechanics in the CA Bay Area (or dealer)?

berkeley auto repair is good...clutch wizard is another good place (one in hayward and one in san ramon)...for tuning, go to 2bennett in davis

If your ever down in Campbell, M&M Auto House is one of the best shops I have been to.

I have been taking my car to Streetwerke in Palo Alto. Those guys kick so much ***!! All the guys from ND, if you know that scene, are pretty much here... or at M&M. ND lost APR... now Streetwerke stocks their chips and various goodies.

 

I've just dropped my car (2003 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T) off at Clutch Wizard for a clutch rebuild complete with a new flywheel. I'll let you know how it is...

 

If you're looking for an independent shop to work on your car, check out BR Racing in Los Gatos, or East County European Auto Works in Brentwood. Some other good ones are EIP Racing in San Jose, 034 Motorsport in Fremont, or Griffin Motorwerke in Berkeley.

BTW, the guy who runs East County European was a former mechanic at Livermore Audi. He left Livermore and started his own company. Alot of the East Bay AZ guys trust their cars with him.
