Trying to decide between b5 or b6
So i just posted about modding and it was pretty helpful thanks, to you guys who helped
but i just got some extra money and i may be ready to purchase one here in the next month
and now im stuck on a delima, i think im going to get automatic.. yes i know flame all you want haha
but now im stuck on what year to get, i really want a 2001 1.8t but up here in canada
im having trouble finding low km's
so im thinking about a 2002 because i really like the look of them as well and i can get some with low km's
but just wondering which one of those 2 are easyier to mod, or which one people have had more fun with?
im really leaning towards a 2001 but once again am having trouble finding one thats nice

For modding they will both be the same. But get which one is always nicer. You will know when what car it is that you want when you sit in it. If that makes sense you will just know which one is right for you.
that makes perfect sense, when i went and test drove a 2002 1.8t a couple months ago
i hadnt even left the dealership lot and i was absoultly in love with it, and ive been in a 1999 1.8t and it certainly was fun as well, but the 2002 was like heaven haha

you probably liked the b6 more because it has 170 hp, not 150 like the b5...
and since you are going to modify this car... stick is a must, the tip tranny really isnt strong enough to throw big power at.
in the end, pick wich one you like better
i selected my car because i liked the b5, not because i wanted an audi
