The car is written Audi 'A4 1.8' on the back. The engine is written '5V TURBO.'

anyone consider the possibility that this person is not from north america?

they have NA 1.8s in most of the rest of the world. the "5V Turbo" on the engine cover probably means it is indeed a 1.8T, but not necessarily. some d-bag could have swapped the cover.
