Turbo is in but...
Ok, I got my fancy *** new turbo in, but something is wrong.
When I went for my test drive, the turbo would take forever to spool. It will hit 20 psi, but not until 5k rpm.
Any ideas?

A boost leak wouldnt't eplain it. It's extremely sluggish.
What am I logging? rpm & timing?

block 003 - rpm/throttle angle/ignition timing
block 020 - timing retard cyl1/cyl2/cyl3/cyl4 (in degrees)
block 031 - Primary O2 voltage / Secondary O2 voltage
about 3000rpm to 6500prm or more on 3rd gear.
