I was just wondering if they made cone intake kits for the 2000 b5 a4 quattro 1.8t. I still have the box intake and i hate it, all i want is a free flowing intake that has a nice sound to it. Does anyone know of a website that sells these for my car? thanks for help.

 

you can try evo motorsports for a intake(300 bucks) or just drop in a K&N and do the diy airbox mod on the forum

 

i decided to just replace the airbox assembly with a k&n cone filter (RU-4960) and using an aluminum heatshield, 2 pieces of aluminum with a gap in between... ill let you know when i get it on how i like it... the whole thing will cost like $60-70

contact offroader1006 on audizine if you want a heatshield made like this, his looks real good, and i think it will do well, and you can use the stock intake cover...
