What are you talking about?

Meaning, K04 would put you at 250 CHP
"Unless your talking about hp at the wheels, when you would need something like the Elim 2871R Turbo kit..."
Unless you want 250 to the wheels, in which case get this kit.
I don't see any contradictions at all. Did I miss something?
