sounds like you need a new maf by the codes your throwing. do you have a boost gauge? are you boosting at all? is it making weird noises. do you have any vac leaks? more info on the car, what mods year...

at idle guage reads 15-20 vac, when i gun it only goes to 0 and wont go any higher. when i gas it i hear a clinging nose from the turbo area, only the moment i gas it, goes away at high rmp. i dont think i have a vac leak because engine seem to be running fine. can maf do this to the car?

mods:
-GIAC chip
-straight down pip no cat
-DV
-front intercooler
-intake

Sounds like a bad wastegate to me. You can replace it, but its probably cheaper and wiser to just find a used k03 for $150ish. To check the health of the turbo, take the turbo inlet pipe off and check forplayin the compressor shaft/fins.

ok, i just found out that my previous owner had hardwire my maf wires. the maf wires was cut off and was taped and reconnected with a new connector. the new one had was one colored wire which did not match with the original wires. i dont know how he did it or was it install professionally, is there a diagram on this? i have two maf, one orginally in the car and a used one that came with the car. i clean both and tested it, code still there. could it be the connectors? where can i get a new one with instructions to reconnect it?
