my spool is decent maybe it was because my old one was wearing down but i have a evom intake that sounds sweet and u feel more power going up hills and a hyper boost dv that makes u hear the spool a bit better well atleast i notice it more..... hope that helps and yea i cant wait to chip my car 2 weeks i made my appointment for the garage yea baby

I gotta find my vid, its alot better than that other one, mine was on a bpv so it was whistling at idle and it was a hell of a lot loder then a duck call.

Also I had an lltek intake basically exactly the same as the evoms one, and it sounded fast, but it was definetly slower, are you sure your mind isn't playing games on you skibos?

 

tom, what did you connect to the bpv? was this on your a4?

 

Yup it was the a4, i couldn't find the vid on my comp but i think my roomate still has it. I connected the world's loudest whistle to it

lol, so the cone filter will not make it louder??

 

the cone filter will make the engine noticeably louder. i don't think it'll make the turbo louder though...and if you've got a 1.8T you'll lose power..
