Turn signal question. yes i did search too.

Ok my signals flash once, then flash twice real quick then stop completely. I did a search and they said the relay is IN the hazard button above the radio. If thats correct then why did i go to autozone and ask for a relay and they gave me what looked to me as a relay that plugs in under the steering column with the 3 little prongs on it? if thats the right one then which one is it so i can replace this thing? thanks

Its going to look just like the hazard switch you have in there right now... with the red triangle on the front

so the little black box with 3 prongs commin out of it is the wrong one even though thats what autozone listed as the 2001 audi a4 flasher relay?

+1, im not quite sure what the last photo is of, (maybe a fuse/ relay of some kind) What you need is what the guy above me posted with the picture

Take the panel off that goes over the buttons and it becomes very obvious.

there is a DIY in the DIY section that I followed. It's super easy took me like 5 mins to replace the old switch.
