Anyone done this? shave off the turn signal indicator under the side mirror? I personally think it'll be a cleaner look, and plan on replacing the side mirrors with M3 Style mirrors (turning signals in em)

 

You want to fill in the turnsignal area and then paint it? Sounds like a waste of money.

 

All appearance man. I would also want to be moving those wires to the side mirror. I just find the B5s have a dated look. and that, lip spoilers, RS4 Rims and ecode headlights will bring it up do date ... in my opinion

 

This will be done during a car paint job by the way.. the car I'm actually serious about is a horrible colour. Possibly a bit of bondo and some TLC and we'd be good to go... no?

i will for sure. Does anybody know if driving without it for a while (driving before i get the M3 mirrors) is illegal? or is it just an added convienience?

 

driving with no mirrors? hell ya thats illegal. you can drivein texas with out a cat ( we dont care about the enviroment) but no mirrors is askin for trouble from johnny law

i dont know if driving without them is illegal, but i want to shave my audi symbol below the sidemarker if i ever get a respray..
