I have a 1999 A4 1.8T Wagon. My turn signals have generally stopped working. Sometimes they will work for a short pertiod (say up to 10 blinks) and then they will stop working. The Hazard Flasher does not seem to work at all. The bulbs all seem to be working (based upon looking at them when the signals are working). What might the problem be? If it is the hazard switch that needs to be changed (as suggested by the parts department of the local Audi dealership), how does one go about doing it? Thanks.

 

Sound like the relay might be duff.
