Default Turning over, won't start, battery draining

Hey all,

Hoping to get a little insight here:

I have a 2001 Audi A4 quattro 1.8t. Recently, one of the coil pack connectors broke when re-attaching it. Upon breaking, I didn't realize it, and drove the car around 10 miles before it died on me(putting when pressing on the gas until the car died). When re-attaching the connector, or attempting to, two of the connector wires arc'ed, in turn blowing the fuse.

Went to the dealership, got a new connector and wires, replaced the old connector, but now the car will only turn over(almost starts, even tries.) However, after 1-2 tries on starting it, the battery drains dead.

Any ideas on whats wrong here? Or Anyone who's experienced similar situations?

Thanks in advance.
