Default Twin K04 in 1.8T

Ok guys this is my idea. How come nobody has done a twin K04 1.8T?

I'm thinking you can get the same amount of horsepower as a big turbo upgrade with a faster spool up and more tourqe.

I know it's going to be insane custom work and hard to get the software for.

Anyways, totally stupid or possible in some way?

Don't think it's possilbe on an inline 4 cylinder. At least without some insane engine work.....

Let's say i get the pistons and rods that ecs tuning has. They hold lots of power.

It would be a very fast A4 with the max street drivability if everything works out.

you will be MUCH MUCH better off with teh S4. IMO you will be dropping much more money on doing this than you would twin K04 S4... and you'll have a much less reliable car. IF you can even do it. As Panda pointed out... can you even picture how you'd get the manifold to work?

Not sure how this would work. You would have two in line turbos. Combined resistance of two turbines in the exhaust would probably hurt performance

You should do twin ko3s, that would be the best, with most reilablilty.

if u did twins u would need to do a k04 into a k03. just like david said u would have to run them inline and u need a larger turbo to turn the second one. so id do a k04-15 into a k03 sport.

if you could get it to work that would be sweet. what about having it supercharged and turbo charged?
