If you have 2 illuminated lightbulbs on the front of your car, I can't see you getting stopped. I don't know how it is in BC, but in Ontario, you'd be fine.

 

again, goofy *** question: when you put them back in, did you swap the bulbs? My justification is that i "owned" the KC-135 for 11 years; all A, R, Q and T models; now i wreak havok on C-5 and C-17s. no matter how many millions of bucks you slap down, light bulbs go to ****. elements are small, so is the ground on any bulb. that's why i ask did you swap bulbs? Always the simplest fixes stump the most seasoned mechanics.
