Default Ugghh, cylinder coil trouble

I have an '03, 1.8T and I've been having trouble with cylinder coils. The first two times it happened, Audi towed and fixed it for free. One time it was cylinder #2 and the other time cylinder #3. That was about two months ago (those two occured about 2 weeks apart). Now it is doing the same exact thing, the cel is on, and I'm figuring the same problem is occuring. My warranty is now up too. Anyways,I have a few questions.

1. If I take it to Autozone, will they be able to tell me which cylinder is the problem?

2. And if it is one of those same cylinders, is there any type of warranty on them?

3. Is this just fluke, or does my driving style have something to do with it? I don't drive the car hard at all, but my drive to work is less than 2 minutes, so the car has a lot of time where it runs for only a very short time. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.

I would just take it to the dealership, but it is like 30 miles away, and if it isn't warrantied, I'll just take it to a closer VW shop that works on Audi's as well. Thanks in advance for any help!

If the CEL is flashing it is a misfire. It could be spark plugs or an ignition coil.
You should own a code reader for your car.

Yea I should invest in one of those. It's just frustrating though; I wouldn't expect this sort of trouble from a car with less than 40k on it.
