Default An update

I bought a 2002 A4 one week ago today. Rolled down the driver side window and heard an awful noise. So the dealer has ordered a new motor for the window and will put it in. Also, the day I bought it I noticed the heat was not blowing hot. Worm at best when the RPM's were up. I took it back to the dealer that I bought it from and told them about the problem. They asked me what I thought may be wrong . Well I had already seen from searching this forum that it could be a few things, but was most likely a clogged heater core. I guess I should mention that I didn't buy the car from an Audi dealer. The service teaks at the dealer called Audi to see if they could give more insight to what the problem may be and Audi told them what you would expect. Thermostat, flush cooling system, bleed cooling system, clogged heater core. Naturally the dealer I got the car from flushed the cooling system first. Don't blame them, it is the cheapest way to start. They said they got a little more heat out of the car after that but not much, so they ordered the heater core from Audi and are going to put it in for me.

I am happy that the dealer is going ahead with all the work. After all, I got an nine year old car as is.
So at this point I have been the owner of an Audi for a week, and have only drove it on the test drive before buying it.

I do have a concern though.
Are the mechanics at the other dealer qualified to be tearing apare the dash to put the new hearer core in, or is that something that Audi should have done?
