Hey guys just thought Id give you an update on my car

I just completed install of All belts includeing timing belt, water pump, apr snub mount, performance intake gasket, new wastegate, ported stock exhaust manifold, ported stock intake manifold, tierod ends,and front brake pads(Mintex Redbox) and a the hardware and gaskets that were removed.
Also I had to resurface my rotors because they were pretty bad, while I was in there I painted my calipers, intake manifold and coolant rail

I get some pics tomorrow after I get a four wheel alignment
With the new wastegate its a real beast[sm=icon_rock.gif] I forgot what it was like I guess it deteriorated slowly and I didnt really notice a difference untill the rod snaped and I wasnt getting any boost at all[sm=noooo.gif].

Now Im thinking I should have went with bigger tires because my acceleration id deffinately limmited to the amount of grip I have....Burnt rubber smells good though[sm=guilty.gif]

Nice work, man! Thats a loaN of stuff to do at once.
I have no time to even start anything on the new avant (pics tonight) cuz I am going on vacation for two weeks this friday.

Back to Canada to see my family.

 

cool cool My aunt&uncle just spent two weeks in canada and said it was beautiful they just got back yesterday I would have went with but two weeks is a long time outta work [>:] I been to canadia its nice up there both side of my fam are from there, but just about everyone has moved to the states though.

BTW Ill get the pics of the engine tomorrow... had to go into work early today didnt even get my **** aligned yet
