Around here everyone is driving civics or acura GSRs with chopped springs, ziptied bodykits and 4" exhausts. It makes me feel good I got an audi.

Good, dont go down that road. I feel great driving my audi no matter what cars i am near, esp. when its nice n clean. Once i slam it and get some wheels i'll feel a little more confident with the big dawgs.

It's a LOT of work. You'll have to weld in a third track for the motor.
Negative. The motor is attached to the bottom of the seat... I put S4 powered leathers in my A4, and watched the dude while he installed them. Have to grind off a bracket, and that's pretty much the worst of it. Wiring them up is a piece of cake.

EDIT: that was a 'negative' on the welding... it IS a fair amount of work, though.
headshok, how much did you pay for your powered leather seats??
i havent even looked for prices yet (i plan on visiting a junkyard this weekend)..but i wanted to get an approximate price

thanks!!

I adjust my seats about twice a month... If I had bought a 2.8 because of that I would kick myself... hard.
IMO its a luxury mod that is needless unless you have nothing else to upgrade in your car.
