Alright guys I am currently looking for a used a4....right now between the years of 02-04....are there any suggestions based on model changes throughout the years and problems with the cars that i should know about before i make my decision on what year to get?

What engine/trans are you planning on getting... what's your price range? Gotta give us some info before we can help.

 

I'm in the same boat looking to buy an 02-05 A4. It's time to grow up and get away from the Honda's, I think the A4 will be a nice change.

I want the 1.8T, AWD and manual. Was the 6 spd avaliable between 02-05 or only 04 and beyond?

Any other insight you guys could provide would be great.

 

04 and up for the 6 spd (with the 1.8T). 2002 and up 3.0's are 6 spd.

 

alright im looking for a quattro 1.8t or 3.0 automatic...price range is really anywhere around 25k...im getting rid of my s2000...i just want to know which is the most reliable set up and any problems i need to look for when test driving used audi's...

 

cars.com is good that were I always find cars. I am looking for a 1.8 96-05 looking to spend like 5 or 6 i need an automatic cuz we only have two cars so everyone would have to share sux i know lol
