VAC-COM users: Ever had your windows roll down by themselves?

VAC-COM users: Ever had your windows roll down by themselves?
As you know, VAG-COM can enable the key remote to Window Up/Sunroof close, and Window Down when the lock or unlock button is pressed for 3-4 seconds.
Has anyone that has done this ever had your windows roll down by themselves? I asked my local dealer about it and was told: " ... there is no responsibility covered by Volkswagon/Audi if the windows automaticaly roll down by themselves and there is damage to the vehicle's interior. They suggest not to program the window function because of an issue they have had in the past. At customer descresion it can be done but not recommended."
