If my 99 1.8TQM feels like the turbo isn't kicking in, which vacuum lines should I be checking and what am I looking for?

i'd suggest buying a few feet of vacuum line from the dealership and just replacing any you can access. They probably need changing anyway. They become brittle quickly.
