Vag Com???

do i need a lap top CPU?

i dont have one, and i'm not going to buy one just for a Vag Com.

You don't need a lapt top, but you do need a computer that will reach the cable.

i'd just borrow someones. Be a whole lot easier than trying to drag a PC into your car lol

thats what i thought, i have an imac, so i'd only have to drag 1 piece though lol. i can see my girl friends face as i'm draging it out the door.

You'd have to have Virtual PC to run Vag-Com or have an Intel iMac and run either Parallels or Boot Camp to run windows and in trun run the Vag-com software. FYI.

Just get a cheapo laptop off ebay or something for $200. You dont need a powerhouse computer to run the vag com software. It would be worth the investment. Mine has saved me hundreds of dollars in diagnosing fee's id pay anywhere else.

do you need the internet to run the Vag Com?
