Don't try to pin it on her.

I'm sorry for you, and for the money you'll have to spend on fixing your pretty car. I have only been in accidents that were not my fault.
One night, I came back to my car with a giant fvcking dent in the passenger side door. No note, and the fender, door skin, and quarter panel had to be replaced and blended. I ended up having to pay with my insurance, and my premiums went up, even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. I got rear-ended in the same car by this bitch at school who had no insurance. Minor damage and I said forget it, but still. And the Audi got sideswiped this summer. Coming back from work, there was a three-lane stoplight that turned sharply to the right . The douche in the Sequoia to my left turned too much, nailed my driver's side rear door, and continued on his merry way. I pulled over, waiting for him to do the same, but he wasn't going to. So I followed him, got a good description (the car had a business sticker in the rear window) but couldn't quite get his plate, and then he turned into the carpool lane on the highway like a **** sucker. I hate people.

yea, i'm not going to try and pin it on her, we'll either pay it ourselves (parents et moi), or insurance with premiums, and just get it done.

Sorry u've had so many accidents.

And i love ur redmobile.

no worries dude it happens to all of us. i got in to an accident rescently and it cost over 6,000. i have a good insurancce company and i took it to a good body shop. i knew it was good when i went there to check out the progress of my car and saw porsches and ausi s4s and all sorts of expensive cars. this is why we have insurance.

Tell ya what man, I'll give you my perfectly clean 98.5 2.8 A4 for your car and I'll pay the damage to fix it. Oh, BTW, my car has a brand new door lock pump in it, that set me back a cool $1300 today. So how's about the trade? Hahaha. Don't worry about it too much. If you can afford to pay for damages out of pocket, DO IT. You're 16 with a basically brand new Audi, your insurance is going to be hardcore if you post a claim. Also, you shouldn't have any problems getting that patched up, it'll be a clean fix. I've got a buddy that's been doing autobody for years, it's amazing what they can do with mangled metal.

geeze hm FOUR of my friends got in crashes this month, i live in NAPLES FLORIDA, its the retirement capital of the fvcking world i swear to god. other than that, we're you know.. near the border and there are a good few ppl who need green cards and dont have them and do stupid things.

1) 1996 Saturn SL2: he was going around 50, it was a 50 limit; some guy panicked and randomly stopped in the middle of the road in front of him. he slammed the braks and only got down to 25 before he clabbered him. totaled.

2) 2001 VW Jetta: he was being an idiot, sliding around a corner in the rain behind Best Buy, oversteered over a curb into a ditch about 2 inches from a lake, literally had to step into the lake to get out of the car, $8,000 damage.

3) 1995 M3: yeah freakin 3 days after my friend Mike bought himslef an M3 some guy in a beaten van just randomly slammed into him (damn guy was drunk he assumed). They both stopped and the guy got out and made sure Mike was ok, and when he turned around to get a pancil and paper so they can exchange insurance policies etc. the guy took off. since he had pencil in hand he manage to grab the plate. unfortunately the ******* car was stolen so he got screwed into paying $3,000 of damage oiut of his pocket (i think he knew better than claiming at 17 with an M3)

4) 1995 Suzuki Sidekick: This crash was remarkably similar to yours, except the other guy wasnt also turning left, he was just going straight, but 10-15mph over the speed limit. my bro was turning left and didnt really even comprehend the other car was coming b/c it was far away. the other car was a nissan altima and got completely totaled. my brothers little $3500 suv had damage in the exact same place as yours, but about 2/3 the damage you got. the appraisal came to $2,900. its always mutual b/c of the florida no fault law, so each owner's insurance pays for their damage.
