Sound's pretty good, I don't know if I would be going that fast in a parking garrage, LOL. There is a lot of echo, but because I have the Carbonio intake, I know the sound that it makes. I can really hear it inside the car, you might wanna try to get a video of that. Nice!

The camera kills the sound.....I can hear my turbo spoolup real nice and I know you have the same exact mods as me...... lol

ya the sound quality is good before compression.. let me see if i can cut alot of that video out.. and keep the original sound..

I really want to do this mod... I think I will tonight.. So Im gunna hear the turbo spool louder huh?? I hope so, thats all im really looking for. I didnt like the growl intakes made on my other cars... Hopefully this mod wont make it too loud for me. Im going to use a furnus style air filter between two screens above my drilled holes to be extra safe, sort of like a mini air filter for the hacked out part.. Someone already mentioned that sort of setup, so thanks for the idea.

 

The groul is not loud like the short ram on my civic, it's more turbo and DV than anything. Is your box stock now or what?

 

yeah im all stock except chip, n75 and boost gauge.
If what you say is true about the sound being more turbo/dv than growl, then i am STOKED!

 

Man if you have a stock box holy ****!!!!!!!! Go get a K&N and do this mod you will be stoked NO ****!!!!!!!!

More turbo and DV fo sho! BUT some mild/small groul but nothing near the civics and **** with a short ram........
