Oh i get it now.. Check out my filter: Its a foam window airconditioner filter wrapped in metal screen on both sides... I even sprayed some water at it and none got through to the other side.. It sorta just saturates... Now i wish my wife would get home with the damn car so i can get started on this...

Vid looks good but I agree - the echo-y parking structure might not be the best place...
