Can anyone tell me where they got their kit shipped from when they purchased from Visionbulbs?

If I remember correctly when I ordered from them the kit was shipped from Germany.

 

its European, thats where the cars are from stands to reason, VVME bulbs are from Japan. Nothing really US made. Since Us cars dont relly use HIDs

 

anybody got a phone number for these guys? There website doesn't supply one and I bought a kit from them last week and still have got no receipt or tracking number. They haven't returned my emails either.

I do not have a number for them, I do know that sometimes it takes two emails to get a hold of them. I bought the kit for my father and he sent them a question and never heard a response. Yet I sent them the same question a day later and I received a response within the hour so it might just be hit or miss with them.

 

They ship DHL if that helps at all...

 

When I got mine order from them it came from Pickering, Ontario Canada - and was shipped via regular canadian mail. My second order and an exchange order was shipped from arizona???? No idea about that one.

 

Mine seems to have been shipped from Hong Kong.

 

Yeah it looks like they are located out of Pickering
