Yes, that is true but, You should be buying them first cus they are good for the performance of the vehicel and second cus they look good. You buy wheel cus they are light and alow you to run lower profile tires, then you worry about what they look like. you lower the car to get better handling and are rewarded with killer good looks. you know, its common sence.

Oh, and unless you are having trouble keeping the rear stuck around cornered above 120mph, then I don't want to hear anything about wings.
