hey just got a 98' a4 quattro 2.8 about 94000 miles. has good power but not enough for me. Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated. Thinking about cold air intake and chip for starters. is it normal to have low end torque and kick in at about 2500 RPM? Any way to easily improve that? also wondering if there is any way to make the clutch shorter cause it catches at about the last 3/4. Any opinions? thanks alot

 

Neither a cold air intake or a chip will help you gain much power. The 2.8 engine really isn't designed to accept many cheap modifications. There is a supercharger out there by PES. It runs like $5k though.
