I'm Jerry... I was told by one of the moderators to place this post in a section with more traffic to get some more feedback. I want to buy an Audi a4 Sedan. I'm not looking to buy a brand new one but sometime within the last few years... I've looked on craigslist and autotrader but I feel like it's kinda sketchy to buy online without knowing who it's coming from or seeing it (if it's out of state). My brother told me to get it inspected by a mobile inspection company. I found a few like carchex and aim mobile inspections. Seemed pretty affordable and worth it, but I wanted to hear some opinions about pre-purchase inspections. Should I get one or just stop worrying? I just don't want to get screwed over by some shady dealer, you know? Also, what year should I go for on the car? Is there a certain model that seems to be better than the others? I know that's kind of a big open question, but I'm curious to hear some opinions.
