I have an Audi A4 2004 model and i just saw that one of my warning lights came on. Its a circle with a km/h sign inside it and and number 1 outside it. Could anyone please tell me what it means caz it keeps on making the sound and coming on.

im not 100% on this but if it keeps making a "beep" noise at random times it is probably warning you of your speed.

I have a B5 A4 and I remember everytime I hit 80km/h (im in canada) the thing beepd and pissed me off. Now to shut it off i think you use the control on the turn signal lever (but im not 100% cuz the dealer shut it off for me when I went in for inspection)

 

this light is on youre info display in the middle correct? if so its not something to worry about.

to point you in the right direction that flashes at a SET speed that you set. Its to help us leadfoots (leadfeet?) from speeding TOO much when we don't want to.

 

In case you don't get the RTFM, it means read the manual. You can guess what the F is for.

Anyway, its def in there, I reset mine higher as soon as I got my car.
