Does it smell like coolant? Hope not. If so, its a leak in the cooling system behind the dash.

One thing to do would be to take a garden hose to it.

Somebody had a problem recently with water in the A pillar behind the drivers door shorting stuff out. Said it was a clog in the sunroof drain.

I got some water recently in my pillar that got the seat belts and floor mats wet from the same problem (of course it did rain 7 inches that day so I kind of feel that it was not Audis fault) Check into sunroof leakage and drainage.

The front drains go down the A-Pillars. The rear drains down the rear of the car. So you only need to clear the front two. I'd try to get some compressed air to blow those suckers out.

Dn't cancel ut the two front drains so quickly! My front drains drain properly also. or so it seems! but if i put a gallon of water down the front left drain water will start gushing at the bottom of the a-pillar in the dash and down to the driverside floorba\oard. From there it will run along the side of the car and puccle up at the floorboard in the back. Probably the same place you're finding water. Follow the water to see if there is a track of it along hte left side leading to the front. if so, it'd be the sunroof drain. If you SEARCH you will find my post on this WITH PICTURES
