water temp gauge not working

Default water temp gauge not working
today I drove about 10 minutes on the freeway in 70 degree waether. I was going 75-80 and my guage never went above cold. It moved from where it its when the car is off but it did not climb to operating temperatures like normal. The oil temp gauge was reading at about 200
