Well as Colorado and the Mnt states are getting blasted with snow... here in good `ol Wisconsin we are getting cold 34F rain... We suck. We got 1.5" on the first of December but that melted away in the week we had 50's.
Anyway... im taking a trip out to Colorado in 2 weeks and i installed my better Stock rims/blizz tires on today and went out and snapped a few pictures in the cold rain.

i like the last pic. its purdy. well, at least u get somethin. here in cali, its *** cold, but no chance in hell of ever getting snow. but luckily after x-0mas, ima go up to tahoe and go snow driftin. ill be sure to get u guys some purrdy pics

 

AudiCross if your in LA go up angels crest highway if you go up about 20 miles theres snow up there or atleast there was few days ago about 2 feet of it i was up there with my firends.... it was great.... you feel like you leave SOCAL

 

I'm heading up to tahoe in a few days, and the forecast is for a minimal amount of snow, with rain mixed in. How am I supposed to ski???

Let's hope the resorts are on top of their game, and are making plenty of the white fluffy stuff at night....

i just got back from big bear. belive it or not there was actually some snow and ice on the ground and they didnt require chains going up!!!! pretty dangerous considering how ppl drive but damn was it fun!! and they were making PLENTY of snow should be pretty good after new years. cant wait to outta the kid stuff and into the big mountains

 

I'll probably be taking my A4 up to Tahoe sometime the week after Christmas, or maybe New Year's weekend... we'll see. They have intermittent chain restrictions on 80 & 50 going up to Reno/Tahoe. Quattro should be fun up there.

hopefully ill be in tahoe on wednesday. getting clutch done tuesday. ill c if i can get internet up there. ima be on west shore near sunnyside and homewood. abotu a 45 minute boat drive north of emril bay. is be nice to get together and find a nice snowy place for a mini norcal gtg

 

Nice pics... I think its funny how people in Cali act like it never snows here and the weather is always great...
The great thing about Cali is that you can get to the snow, desert, coast, forrest, anywhere in a matter of hours...

We get plenty of snow, I have even seen it snow where I live (twice in my lifetime) and I am only 100 feet above sea level...

One nice thing about living in NorCal, is that you can go snowboarding in Tahoe in the morning, and make it to Santa Cruz in time to watch the sunset on the beach.
