Every once in a while I hear like a weird howling sounds when I'm driving almost like when you blow across the top of a jug. It seems to be toward the front on the drivers side. Any ideas, sorry I know this is not a lot to work with.

 

by the way its not all the time only sometimes and sometimes it will holw then stop and howl then stop

 

I had that exact symptom when my DV was shot. Didnt you mention that when you took your car to the dealer and they put in a stock dv? If its still in there, i can almost guarantee thats the problem since youre chipped.
Actually the DV wasnt totally shot, it was still working, but when i took it out, and replaced it with the forge, I cracked it open and the diaphram was torn a little.

 

can a busted DV cause my epc light to go off and also cause some performance loss?

 

A broken dv will cause loss in power. Not sure about the light, but i would'n doubt it since it seem like if you fart next to the car a light will pop.

 

Stop holding your beer bottle out the window, or switch to cans.

 

HAHA everytime I turn around something else is failing. It's really getting annoying. I finally got my car to run WOT all day long without limp mode by changing the n75 but now I have this stupid EPC which is actually worse. I CANT WIN!!!

 

The car just wants to be loved and showered with gifts..........all the time.

 

So is a stock dv in there or at least a 710N or better?

 

stock but I have a brand new EVOMS DV in my glovebox
