This winter, my car has started to make a weird high pitched sound that seems to be coming from the driverside engine bay during cold startup. It doesn't sound anything like a belt. What the heck could it be. Its very annoying

 

anyone have an idea of what this might be

 

Could be a multitude of things. From a bad belt tensioner to ??? Could you get a closer listen to narrow down where on the driver side it's coming from?
