The one on the dash is a sun light sensor to send signals to the HVAC unit to increase the power output from intensity of the heat and in some countries turn on the automatic headlights.
The second picture is a radio connector for either the ZF or HF wire, (AM or FM antenna)
Someone might have done an overlay repair.
