What is the best motor oil for high mileage?

Well since a lot of you mentioned valvoline I will probably go with that. Most likely the Max life full synthetic 5w30. Is this an ok oil to use year round? Thanx agin.

Yea' use it year round... I might switch to it just to see how it acts but wont till summer so I can see how 30 works as oppose to 40... Cali summers can get REALLY hot...
