What do u think
So I going to be ending my days as an Audi driver.. Atleast for awhile. I was courious what you all think is a good price for a 90% good condition 96 A4 with the sport package. of course it's the 2.8 12v matched to a 5speed. it's green with tan interior. It's bone stock other than airbox mod, and a decent sound system JL Audio, no subwoofers.
Just courious what you all thought?

KBB says it worth 6500. But if you look through the Auto Trader the prices don't reall co-inside with that much. I want to get rid off the car quick (need dough) but don't wanna screw my self out of money (need dough).
The only reason I was able to get an Audi was because they were selling for so far under KBB. I don't really understand it because if you look around at almost any other car, people ask for more money than what KBB says the car is worth, and THEY GET IT. A dinged up Prelude or Integra etc will usually sell over KBB perfect condition price estimate. I got my Audi for $3,000 under KBB good condition value. I really don't get it but I like the deal I got on my car.
Autotrader dealer cars are always high. Ebay final sale price is always low. In my area, you car KBB around $6k in good condition. Compare it to Autotrader and Ebay and price it a little under Autotrader dealer cars. I would expect your car to go for ~$5k.

The car also has an OEM replacement clutch from Sachs, new brakes pads/rotors, and new tires.
it also came with some hideous (<spelling) 19 inch wheels, which came with new avon tyres. I swaped for the stock wheel.
I think I'm gonna ask for the $6500. I paid with everything included parts and my time and labor, around 5,600. I'd go as low as 6k so I can still make a few bucks out of the deal. What do you think about that fair/unfair?

None of that is really value added just value saved. Clutch, brakes, tires all stock stuff. If its in good condition it helps you ask closer to KBB price on a car. If the brakes or tires are crappy and need to be replaced, the buyer can knock down the price a few hundred bucks. Bad clutch knocks off a few grand. You can ask whatever you want for the car, but that price is about what I paid for my 98.5 with 80k miles on it (see sig) with new brakes, rotors, tires. Not trying to bring your price down, def get as much as you can for it. It is a fair price, but I wouldn't say its priced to move quickly.

Thats a good point maybe I'll ask for the 6k but stay very firm on the price. I can not lose money on this deal... Like I said i need dough.
