As far as the flag goes, I was thinking Estonian... definitely NOT German. But the Estonian flag is blue/black/white, not white/blue/black. For the car, there is no excuse for what the car has been subjected to... can we say fugly?
I'd be interested to see what the winning bidder does to it... hopefully at least bring it back to stock... give it some of its dignity back. I'd be ashamed to be seen in that car in its current condition.
