I found this near my 2002 A4 3.0 and was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is...
I posted a front and back shot of the part and the part number on the object is 8E0 863 876 B
......the 3rd digit might be a O or a 0. my car seems to be running fine. can any of the experts
here help me?

how the hell would something like that just fall out?? sounds pretty strange.

 

christ that seems impossible, but i dont know of any other audis in my area let alone at my house. i should have that checked on probably. seems pretty damn weird. thanks for the help...you guys know your ****.

Jestnomen...is it even possible for this to fall out? i had my car in for servicing last week (for a radio problem and a power seat problem)....i wonder if it somehow came from another car or something you think? would i see any sort of symptoms when driving my car if i dont have this sound absorber? thanks man
