all it does is dumps exhaust when it detects boost. which means anytime your turbo is on your car will be loud as ****

I'll tell you how it works in a couple weeks, basically worthless on a k03/k04, but for larger turbo if you want to keep a quiet exhaust and not go 3" like you should then you can get a 3" downpipe, then this then reduce the exhaust after the dump valve to stock or something else quiet and you will get the benefit of still having tq before boost, and then the benefit of a 3" exhaust on boost. You can also set when it opens with a manual boost controller. I will be making mine, but I do need to buy the butterfly valve from atp.

 

oh so it doesnt have to dump it to the atmosphere? that makes sence sorta. so you have to have 2 exhausts?
