Can anyone tell me what this hose is called. It is on a 2002 a4 1.8t.

Someone help a noobie out. This hose is destroyed and I just need to know what it is called so I can order a new one.

 

can you bet a bigger pic and i might be able to hel p ya out and is it vac or coolant

 

Vac. In back of engine. It is a Y hose. in from turbo (or near turbo) and one part to intake manifold and the other goes down behind engine.

 

yea i went to look at mine but my 99.5 doesnt have it whats year it your car

crap my bently only goes to 01, id just take the part to the dealer and say i need this lol

 

i just changed my if you still nead it i can send you part# .
you will have to change it evry 50k

 

That hose is a Y-breather hose on the back of the intake manifold for anyone that is interested.

 

Isn't it the breather hose for the secondary air injection system?
